Aion Capital Group was built through execution. The firm was founded to address a core inefficiency in hospitality investing: fragmented responsibility across capital, development and operations.

We focus exclusively on hospitality and operational real estate. Our team combines institutional investment discipline with hands-on asset management, technical oversight and operational control. This allows us to intervene decisively where complexity would otherwise impair returns.

AION operates with full-cycle responsibility, from acquisition and restructuring through stabilization, refinancing and exit preparation.
