Baccarat Hotel Rome

Since its construction in the late 19th century, Via Vittorio Veneto has been a symbol of Rome’s glamour and historical significance. One of its most renowned landmarks is the Hotel Majestic, a place that embodies the timeless charm of the city.

Designed by architect Gaetano Koch in 1889, the Hotel Majestic was the first hotel to open on the famous Via Vittorio Veneto, and quickly became an emblem of the area, hosting royals, historical figures, and celebrities alike.

Today, this iconic building is poised for a new chapter: it is undergoing about to undergo major renovations to be converted into an ultra-luxury lifestyle hotel.

Hyde Hotel London City

Built in 1874 by architect Evans Cronk, 15 Old Bailey, once known as the Spier & Pond Hotel, was the first ever hotel in London to have electric lighting. In the early 1900s it was remodelled into 64 serviced office suites, four meeting rooms, and an executive business lounge.

The Hyde Hotel London City is situated at the heart of the global financial hub of the City of London, within walking distance from the offices of global investment banks and law firms, resulting in exceptional corporate demand. The building is also located near St Paul’s Cathedral and other popular attractions such as Covent Garden, the Museum of London, and the Tate Modern.

The station next door, Farringdon, is the only place where the London underground, the Thameslink, and the Crossrail all interlink, making the asset one of the only hotels in London to have direct access and under 30 min away from the major airports of London (Heathrow, Gatwick and London City Airport).
